Will is the Head of the Corporate Commercial team for Clarke & Son Solicitors based in the South East. He specialises in company and commercial law. He advises on all aspects of business law including company formations, shareholder and partnership agreements, all forms of commercial contracts, terms and conditions and business sales and acquisitions. Will represents and advises tenants and business owners in the Licensed Trade.
