Jon has 30 years of experience in providing valuation advice within the Licensed trade, acting for mainly Tenants and some private Landlords in rent review and lease renewal disputes, as well as providing valuation advice across the sector. Jon specialises in dispute resolution and is a qualified Arbitrator.
He provides advice in the sector for litigation and disputes as an Independent Expert and regularly acts for clients in Public House rent reviews and lease renewals. Jon is based in Bristol and covers the South West and Wales.
Jon is an RICS Registered Valuer, Arbitrator, Independent Expert and a fellow of the AVLP.
