Sarah is a Director – Lease Advisory at Christie & Co, based in the London office and specialises exclusively in lease advisory acting on behalf of both tenants and landlords.
Sarah works on a national basis with her case load including rent reviews, lease renewals, rental advice and lease restructuring. Sarah is a RICS Registered Valuer and is on the RICS panel of Independent Experts of dispute resolvers in respect of rent reviews disputes on hotels and licensed and leisure properties. Sarah also acts as an Expert Witness in landlord and tenant matters and is an accredited Expert Witness. Sarah has over 12 years’ experience in the hospitality sector.
